Pre-Orders

Please note, if you enter into a pre-order contract, your cellular network provider may start billing you for the new contract before the device is delivered.

You may cancel your pre-order contract before delivery, and Gadget House SA will refund the amount paid. Cancellation must occur within 30 days of your contract start or upgrade date. After this period, you may be liable for the full contract cancellation cost, as per the agreement with your cellular network provider.
